VV Grand and atty resistance

I know this question has probably been asked and answered many times but I cannot find the answer.

I have a VV Grand sitting at my post office right now

When I wrap a coil, do I want to go high or low resistance for best battery life, or does it matter? I like vaping at 11-14 watts generally.
