VV Mod Battery Question

Just got my VV Box from MV's today! So, I got the 2 UltraFire batteries charged and was wondering about how long will they last on one charge?

Also, is it ok to top these off midway or should I completely drain them before recharge?

I have the same mod with the same batteries and they last me about a good 6 hours with my vaping usage.But remember YMMV depending on how you vape.
Also I wait till the batteries drain out before I charge them.

I am vaping about 3-4 ml per day, so I do not know how that compares to your usage. Will be using a standard 510 atty at 4.5 volts...
