So a while back this mod broke down on me, the red wire became seperated from the 510 connection, and at that time I didnt know how to fix the problem. So I gave it to someone to fix it, and they broke the corner piece off by accident, but he fixed it up by gluing it back on. But the cinnamon juice i was vaping recently ate through the glue and now Im back to my original problem. So being very tired of fixing the recurring problem, I went and bought a 4AA battery box from a local store, the other day.

Now before I gut the MV VV box mod, and transfer the contents to the new box. I would really like to know is if the VV board, the resistors, and w/e the hell else is in the device can handle (3) 3.7 14500 batteries?

Anyone know?

The way this mod works is to produce around 7.4 volts. When you set the voltage at say 5v, the extra power, 2.4v, is gotten rid of by converting it to heat. Running 3 14500's wouldn't gain you anything because even if the electronics could handle the extra voltage it would just convert the extra voltage to more heat. That's my understanding anyway, and Hoogie will correct me if I'm wrong.
