Oh well one... for now... I wanna save my funds for AIV... I am not to into fruit... but if they are really different...
You know, taste is just SOOOOO subjective. I love AiV--nearly everything I've tried from them so far is yummy (But I much prefer their non-menthol flavors like .'twas Brillig and White Rabbit--don't really care for Frost Blossom).
And HHV is, in my opinion, making some of the BEST tobacco flavors in the industry, if you like that.
I've had a few from Highbrow and Halo too, and was pleased with their flavors.
The thing I like about these brands is that their flavors are multi-layered and subtle. They are not in your face and artificial-tasting.
It's funny--if you listen to the vape podcasts or streaming shows, a LOT of the hosts (at elast teh male, 20-30-something ones) seem to LIKE those flavors that are like getting hit in the face with a bag of menthol-flavored doorknobs. "Atomic Vapors" is one of those vendors that makes flavors that are good, and clean, but MAN ate they loaded with Koolada and Menthol. WOW. Not really to my taste, but there is a LARGE segment of the vape community that seems to like this flavor profile.
So you gotta watch who is giving the review, and sort of figure out where they are coming from. Personally, I find that I don't agree with anyone who isn't a "foodie" when it comes to juice flavors. Someone who isn't interested in the subtleties of cooking and baking--or at least appreciates REALLY good food--probably isn't going to be on the same page as me with regards to flavor.
I have found that Robin931 and I seem to have similar tastes. We are both fans of bakery flavors and don't like the sweet fruity flavors much (although I'll agree with her on the Limocello flavors--I've had a few that were delicious--evn from vendors I don't like anything else from!).
So don't worry about AiV being closed until the 29th--there re LOTS of other vendors to explore, that offers similar subtlety and depth. (But you are right--NOBODY has any flavors that are anywhere NEAR the surprisingly quirky, delightfully weird, confusingly delightful vaping goodness that AiV makes)...
And remember, when AiV opens back up again after the holiday, they are going to get SLAMMED with orders, so there WILL be a slight delay in that first round of shipping. If you are REALLY jammed up, and getting low on juice, look at some of the brands we've already discussed--HHV, Highbrow, Halo--and don't be afraid to tell thm to CUSTOMIZE your order. If you like a little tobacco flavor in your Peach, tell then that. If you like your flavors a little sweet, or a little on the bitter side, or maybe you LIKE a little menthol, then TELL them that, and any good vendor will custom-tweak your juice.
