Fighting a head cold and fell asleep on the coach, should have stayed there because when I got up to go to bed I got sick to the stomach. Just tired and can't sleep, nothing terribly new.

Sorry sir, hopefully you feel better soon. I think I average 2-3 hours a night of sleep if I'm lucky, so know that feeling well.
