I ordered a Riva 510 Lite kit from LF Saturday night and the status just stayed as "checked out" until this morning. Since all of the batts on my mall sticks are down to about a half hour per charge, I started to get kind of nervous. I wrote LF support and Jacob responded almost instantly, letting me know what was going on with my order. Compleatly understandable for a holiday weekend.

About an hour later I got a notice that it had shipped (yay!) I made a link for the tracking ID which I'll probably wear out before Thursday. It's shipping USPS and I don't really have any experience with them. I hope they will just leave it in the mailbox; nobody's home to sign for anything.

I think I'm now moving into the psychopath relm because my gear is not giving me the nic hit I need. I could just drink some juice, but last time I tried that, the whole forum went down. :)

My Riva's & eGo's just sit and collect dust, and have for at least 6 months. I pretty much vape nothing except my ProVari anymore. I keep trying other tube mods, latest being the NoEgo in all three configs, but one way or another they keep letting me down. And back to the ProVari I go. I guess once I went VV, there's just no going back. But, if I were back before I got the ProVari, I'd take a serious look at the NoEgo/ePower's. In the 14650 batt it's a nice vape. The 18650 sucks to high heaven. That aluminum tube needs work. Lots of work in the threads department. JMHO

Cheers,

OP has a Riva coming, which is probably one of the best starters out there. for a noobie. Please don't be discouraging to him/her because your Riva is collecting dust. The OP is going to love his/her Riva, especially compared to "mall sticks".. I loved my Ego and Riva for quite a while, still do with some juices, and some folks remain content with the experience they get from them. I think you may be going too far talking about your mods since there is a Riva kit on the way for the OP. Not to be offensive, otrpu, just my .02.

To SnakeFarm, make sure you try some Boge 2.0's on that Riva, it's gonna be a whole new world of vaping for you...

Snakefarm,

The Great thing about the Riva for the price is you get two of them in the kit.. ( only one nose cone but big deal, you really dont need the cone, it's just a cover and some attys are too fat for the cone to go on anyway)

This means you can get most all day vaping if you got the 750 mah batteries so you can use one with the 2.0 atty's they come with and the other for experimentation.

If you want a lil extra clouds of vape and a lil better taste out of the juice, you can get a 306 atty from mad vapes, ($6.99) either the 1.8 ohm or 2.5 should work fine.. I use a 3.0 ohm atty sometimes on the Riva which works well. 306 atty's are made for dripping, so your just dripping a few drops in the atty at a time. They call 306 attys Cannons because they produce so much vapor.

I also like CE2's type atty's in the Riva because they have lots of vapor and flavor. Mad Vapes also has these in 2.4-2.6 or 2.8 - 3.0 ohm that work on the Riva. They hold about 1 ML of juice for 8 bucks a 5 pack, but caution they can be delicate.

Over time you will try different atty styles and combinations and find what works best for you.
