You sure? I might have seen you on 50 blowing clouds at a red light.I've seen quite a few from Wi! Nobody from around here yet. Im up and through your way quite a bit during the summer on vaca's. I will def be ordering some when it drops!!
Go Pack Go!!
Fired up the Waconda again today. 1.2 ohm cotton Taifun 15w. This stuff is reminding me more and more of Virus maybe with a little more vanilla. Ever changing but still within its intended flavor. Still getting the wonderful darker coffee flavor but not bitter or overpowering. Sweetness is there but fades in and out slightly. Tried changing out my drip tip and still prefer a medium longer thinner tip. Think it concentrates on the tongue. Little more sweetness with the longer tip.
I finally got some Wakonda!
Tried it today...dripped on a fresh wick on my REO/RM2 (wasn't ready to commit to a full fill up yet). 1.5 ohm coil. First thought was that the coffee was a little too strong for my taste.A slight disappointment, but I'm not worried. It's a good coffee flavor, unlike every other coffee vape I've tried, and I suspect that the other flavors might come forward with a bit of time. I can taste the vanilla and a little custard, slight tobacco, but they're a little overpowered by the strength of the coffee.
That said, when I squonked some of my Virus/Frenilla blend into the same wick, I got the flavor I was hoping for! Holy moly, it's good! I've been dripping a few drops into the RM2 every now and then to keep the flavor going. So, even if the coffee remains as strong as it is now, I'm loving it all mixed up. But I trust that time will make this great on it's own.
Thanks mixmaster CKB! I'll keep updating my thoughts as the days and weeks progress.

If the coffee is too strong at the start of the session that's a good sign... for some reason the coffee in Wakonda is alot like the mint in Coolcumber Mint... the first couple hits are WHOA - then it settles down as you get into the vape.
Good to know. I've put it away to rest for a bit. Will keep checking it about once a week or so.
As for the Coolcumber Mint, do you expect there'll still be some around by the time Wakonda drops officially or do I need to jump sooner?
I am really loving the Snickerdoodle and Wakonda. For whatever reason (probably because it's been steeping for 4 months) I am really liking mixing the Snickerdoodle. It goes great with PBC, but I'm sure that's already been covered.
I'm gonna have to try this, 1. because I love Doodle and my morning coffee, so I can see it working well. and 2. because you know I'm gonna call it Wakadoodle and that's just too good to pass up.

My born on 5/14 sample hit today, I can taste the coffee finally and it is wonderful. Reserve me 100 mil on the release date PLEASE!
Claudia, I have given up. I cannot taste the coffee very well. My taster is broken. I dripped some on my Reo with a new wick. I loved what I tasted, don't get me wrong and there is a minimum of 50ml in my future no matter what the financial climate here in Glowplugville when it drops. And, I am going to clean the Reo and fill about half way with Wakonda as soon as this is finished (have extra bottles but I can't quit hitting what's in there now!). I am going to squonk pure Wakonda for a bit, then add some Frenilla to it. I WILL have coffee. Or not.
I am pretty sure it is just me. I really, really like the BSP in my Kayfun right now but I do not taste butterscotch. I don't love butterscotch so that is probably why I like this. My first hit was custard and now, well, not quite custard, not quite my idea of butterscotch. I am not a good one with taste testing.
