While I usually have no problem steeping for a long time before trying them.... this one will be lucky to make it a week. A more realistic expectation is 24 hours... maybe. I feel that I am on the never ending quest of trying to find a good coffee vape.

THIS^^ Exactly this.

Being fortunate to get some Wokonda earlier in its life it has been amazing to taste this stuff go through its transformation. I knew steeping helps an e-liquid come together but man I can't even explain how it's gone from amazing to mind blowing in these past weeks. I think this stuff is going to go like jet fuel in an A-10 Warthog when it drops.
Sorry not trying to tease ya all (ok maybe a little)

Oh, not me. I always have to drip just a wee bit before I haul'em off to the steeping chamber.....:vapor:

(unless of course I already have whatever flavor it may be in the juice box)

Mines been steeping in the ultrasonic a lot. Tried it again today and holy $&(t! The tobacco is coming out now too, and the balance of all the flavors is amazing. I think it's almost landed. Lots of ultrasonic & shaking though.

I'm still wary of the ultrasonic cleaner thing but if it works for you dready - carry on!! Glad it's poppin' for ya!~~

What's your concern with it? I don't find it steeps as quickly as claimed, but it seems to speed it up IMO. You have earned my trust so I'd love to hear your thoughts on them.

Heat, Light, Air = enemies of eliquid. Ultrasonic cleaners introduce a variable I can't predict. Some people get great results, some people have "ruined" liquid using it. I don't know... I'm one of the strange people... I drive 45mph on the Interstate in my Prius to get good gas mileage and enjoy the scenery. I'm not in a rush to get anywhere. LOL I think steeping is a journey - speeding it up takes all the fun out of it. I enjoy the natural progression, the life-cycle, of the bottles. Every bottle is alive in it's own way... speed steeping reminds me of the 10 year old kid who says "I can't wait to grow up." I want to say "slow down kid - enjoy your childhood - being a grownup isn't all it's cracked up to be."

Everything right up to and after the part about the "45 MPH" on the Interstate in the Prius is the gospel.

" Come on Grandpa! Speed it up a little bit and move over to the right lane!"

Ya old fart!!"...........:pervy:

LMAO - Life is too short to rush through without stopping to smell the roses. One of my favorite "little things" is periodically testing bottles - especially fresh liquid I have never tried before. I like the intricacies of it. In that early - middle steep period you get some notes you might otherwise miss. It's the little things. So many people ask "how long should I steep this?" and my first thought it - don't. Don't steep anything, you'd be missing out on the fun. Take PBC for example - I personally enjoyed the journey more than the destination. I really miss the "fresh roasted peanut flavor" I was getting very early in the cycle, honestly. There was a period in there, at about 3 weeks from the mix date... if I could have had that small window back indefinitely, I would have drained a dozen bottles. But... ultimately... I knew where it was going to land (had a deep steeped alpha bottle)... so it was no surprise when it arrived. (it still has a bit to go by the way - it's mostly balanced now but there is a small bit of evolution left in it). That said - a few people went so far as to say PBC was the *worst liquid they'd every tried* when it was fresh... and... that's okay. In my mind, that's almost a badge of honor in and of itself because it demonstrates my point exactly... the same people who couldn't stand the stuff fresh, are guzzling the stuff by the gallon since it balanced and stabilized. It's an interesting dynamic - part of the artistry of crafting eliquid... one part ...., crossed with one part curious, crossed with one part adventuresome.

Me.

I think it was a full month before it hit, but when it did, I bought up about six 50's. I'm glad I got to try it so fresh though, really helps me appreciate PBC. The golden age of it for me was about until about two weeks ago, but it is still my current favorite.

Hey, I put a little PBC on a Butterscotch Pudding wick, maybe 10% PBC, and it's surprisingly pretty darn good though, but my taste buds are weirder than my forum comments.

Hey, let's talk more about Wakonda! I like it, I love it, I want some more of it. I've dripped maybe only 2 mls, but the past two days it seems like it's really balancing out. It is and was epic, I think it's gonna be more epicer.

I was just thinking of doing this, putting BSP on a PBC wick. Now I'm definitely going to try it out. Thanks, Kev!

LMAO - you weren't the only one who very politely said "this is going in the closet for a while." I confess, I was like "whut?" when people were like "huh?" when it first rolled out - I was diggin it hard even early... but hey, that's why they say taste is subjective. LMAO. I am glad it came full circle for most people (which, to be truthful, I knew in my heart of hearts it would... didn't stop me from freakin' out a lil' bit though... if I had a nickle for every "be patient" post I'd...)
