I know that the leo comes with a usb charger. Is there a wall charger available (im electronically incompetent)

...just grab a cheap motorola mini usb charger from walmart in the cellphone section (or an even cheaper knock off of said charger) at less than 5 bucks for the knock offs you can have one for your living room your bedroom and work for less than 20 bucks.
grab you a car charger in the same section and your ready to go anywhere.

To charge a single ecig battery or PCC you could get any AC to USB adapter that provides at least 500mA (1/2 amp) of power
I prefer 4 port USB to AC with 2 amps max of power

Typically you can charge up to 4 ecig batteries at once, or a PCC and 3 batteries - they all usually need 1/2 amp of less apiece to charge
Or you could use a passthrough on it alone (some PTs need up to 2amps of power)
