Wall Charger Problem-O

I recently gave the wall charger that came with my kit to my mom so she could try out vaping.
I ordered a new one and the weird thing is, it only charges my manual XL batts! I have tried one shorty, two regular size and one XL autos and the LED won't blink and the light on the charger won't turn red. Yet, it works perfectly with my manuals.
My bf actually added it onto one of his orders for me, so I'm going to have him note it in the comments next time he orders.

Unless of course anybody has any ideas that might work to fix this one? Thanks!

That usually only happens when you've used the battery down to the point where it "blinks for mercy".

Leave it on the charger for a while and it should blink and begin charging. The electronics in the battery and in the charger have to get their act together, then it should work.

I think the manual and the auto use two different chargers. check where you bought it. good luck.

No - they use the same charger.

PawPaw's got the right of it, of course. The battery needs to "rest" so the charge level comes up to the point where the computer in the battery and the one in the charger agree that the cell is not bad. Once there's a good handshake, it should start charging.

Screw it in and go to bed. Likely by morning the light will be green. If not then there's something else funky going on, but I'd be willing to bet it's ok since it charges the manuals that are a simpler circuit.

That's, of course, assuming your autos still charge ok on your mom's charger and aren't messed-up themselves.

I tried all four autos at once (all at different charge levels) on the wall charger. None of them worked on the wall charger, yet each worked flawlessly on the usb charger (which I have plugged into a usb adapter on the same power strip. I will give it a shot at just leaving one of them on the charger for a while and see what happens. Thanks for the advice though!

edit: Just tried one of the regular autos on my mom's charger and it worked, LED blinked and the green light went red. Then plugged it into my charger and no changes.

Sounds like you do need a replacement, the guys will take care of you for sure.
