That's the first time I've seen a waveform of that nature used in a vaping device. I don't want to propose an opinion regarding it's usage without first talking to one of the engineers that designed it and with hcigar that is impossible. It's obviously very ineffective for TC. Each pulse has a pitiful rise time and the power delivered is way under set point. I guess it's possible that I got a flaky unit but I am not going to buy another one to find out, lol. Works fine with a MTL plus ohm tank @ 25W.
