When I first bought a PV I was charged at least double from a B&M than what I would have paid on eBay.

I paid $50 for my first APV - SmokTech SiD... after that broke (a crappy atty pushed the positive post into the device causing it to short) I bought another for $40 a week later... both where online purchases... B&M wanted $75...
I've bought tanks, dippers, and clearomizers from B&Ms for about $5 more than I would have paid online, but I think that is an acceptable markup on a $20 device. I get it now and don't have to pay shipping, so I did it. Same with a few drip tips (probably paid $2 more than I would have online). But usually I just go there for juice.
I don't know what it is, but my bother-in-law's (brothers-in-law?) both buy their gear from shops.. don't do any research online.. one just bought an M6 clone for $65... I think they are $40 online, probably $20 from fast tech... but apparently there are a lot of people out there doing that because more sh0ps keep poping up and they are all carying hardware...
