WANT a Dual 18650 Mod: WHERE does everyone get these hammond mods from????

I've been watching videos and doing google searches and I can't find anything! just pics of cool looking mods and DIY kits. I don't want to make my own. I just want to buy a nice small not too expensive dual 18650 unregulated (or semi-unregulated) box mod. I like the HexOhm 2 but it's too expensive. I like the BC Box mod switch but I don't need the switch so I don't want the extra size because I only want to run it in parallel.

So I only found out about the Hexohm from instagram. I found out about BC Box Mods from Trevor Jones. How else are you supposed to find these things if a simple google search basically yields nothing?? Where are you guys getting these nice simple single mosfet parallel dual 18650 hammond-style box mods??

That's the thing. No I don't want fasttech. I know a lot of American people make and sell these mods in America. I just don't know how to find them.

Edyle referring to the fasttech models for ideas, not to buy from fasttech. The devices will state the mod being cloned with the word "style" after it.

You can find what you are looking for on Ebay. Just make sure it has a mosfet or mosfets so the switch does not have to carry the high current to your atomizer.

Just look around on Ebay and you will many of them. Just remember that these are built by individuals, not large companies. So buyer beware.

Would you settle for a mod with a switch that's even more reliable than a mosfet? The Cigreen ABS V2 uses a mechanical switch that levers a high-current copper strap. A true mech. The switch itself doesn't carry any current. It's solidly built and won't break easily. Mine's been knocked off the table and gone flying a few times, no problem. For $55 it can't be beat.

They're out of stock where I bought mine at Vivid Smoke, but you might be able to find them elsewhere. I'd avoid the V1 because the switch design sucks (reminds me of that ridiculous side-firing Dominus switch where a flat pin contacts a cylindrical surface). The V2 switch design is much better and came pre-coated with plenty of antioxidant grease.

Some use Hammond boxes, some use other boxes, some are custom milled boxes.

Solid aluminum, dual 18650, copper contacts, copper bus bar( no need for MOSFET, fully mechanical), magnetic door, spare 510 connection.
Hits like a beast straight out of the box.

You know I've been eyeing a dimitri clone for the longest time. I don't really need one, but wouldn't mind it. I think it just looks so clean. I should probably start with a single 18659 tube mech.
