want to add protection to my box mod?

I made my first basic box mod,all parts are from madvapes.I love it,its great for work but lithium ion batteries make me nervous so i want to use a aw imr but their being no protection bothers me.So is their a fuse or some thing i can use as a secondary form of protection?Iam thinking about getting aw protected icr but still would like another form of protection and not just rely on the battery

AW IMR's are chemically protected. They use a safe battery chemistry, so there is no need for a protection circuit.
