Why would I want to vote yes? It just means their prices will skyrocket.

Of course you would not want to vote yes - duh - I was saying we should vote - I assumed everyone who read this forum knew that meant we should vote NO - (I suppose I assumed too much :()

Yesterday when I voted no the yes votes were only around 13% but today the yes votes are gaining ground. Thus to send a message that there is a large majority of the population that want to keep at least a small measure of freedom over our own bodies and what we put into them should go there and vote no.

Awesome! I was concerned there for a minute. I've seen ppl say that the best way to legitimize ecigs is to have them regulated and all that when in reality, regulation would be the best way to kill them.
This is not a question about regulating them in general.
This is a question about regulating them as a "drug delivery device".

There is a huge difference.

Nobody in this entire forum wants them to be regulated as a drug delivery device.
That would lead to a complete removal of them from the market.
