Wizard labs has outstanding products and great customer service, as well as the cheapest prices I have seen.
Not only that but the quality is top notch.

It is more economical to buy higher concentrations of nicotine solution.

You will need nicotine solution, flavoring, bottles, safety equipment, syringes, and PG/VG.

Keep in mind if you are adding flavoring to a 24mg nicotine base the resulting solution will be less than 24mg/mL.

Of course someone isn't going to come into this thread and tell you EVERYHTING about DIY. There is so much information on the subject it would take a while to put it all into one post.

Don't be lazy(no offence) Do your own research. Read Read READ! There are tons of useful threads on ECF. If I am remembering corrrectly there is one in the sticky section at the top of the DIY section page titled something like "How to get started with DIY" Give me a second. I'll give you a bunch of links to useful threads threads.

Label everything
Use 1 flavoring at a time to start off with
Take good notes
Dont buy 100mg/mL nic solution if its your first time. At most get 60mg/mL

Your best bet is to read thro some of the stickes first. get an idea of what you want to then take it from there. I myself use One Stop DIY Shop for my DIY items as it has everything ya need. If you got the money try and get the Flavor Art flavors as they are really good. They also have a couple good starter kits that include everything you will need to start DIY. keep in mind there is gonna be alot of trial and error when youy start til you find a mix that works just right for you. I would also recommend starting with at least a 38mg base and dilute it down to where you want it to be. Make sure also to get a calculator for mixing, it will make life 100 times easier. And as always make sure to be caeful when using Nic base as if you get it all over you and don't wipe it off it can get ya sick. Best of luck to ya!

i vape anything from 12-24mg, so i figured 24mg diluted by flavor would be in my correct realm.

i have done a lot of research and i just wanted to know what safety equipment i would need, and if there were any alternative to syringes i could use. i love in a sober house and syringes aren't exactly a good look, but it might be doable.

as purely said wizardlabs is a good place. i personally have never tried them but heard great things. personally i get my nic from myfreedomsmokes.com. as for what you need heres a list of the stuff i have but i also make larger amounts for me and a few of my family members.

Pg base,vg base, nic in pg,22 18 and 14 gauge needles with syringes, gloves if using high mg/ml nic and flavors.also bottles of different sizes for testing juices and also juices i vape or family members vape. also i recommend the ejuicemeup calculator.

I do have graduated cylinders to measure out my vg faster as its thick and I can warm it up to pour into bottles.. also use the heavy packing tape on my syringes. I use 1,3,5,10,30 ml syringes often for very accurate measurements.. the larger are for my base tho.

as for venders for flavors i just shop around to see who has the best price at the time. many of teh sites like onestopdiy.com,ecigexpress.com,myfreedomsmokes.com and others from this site have sales and coupon codes from time to time. i get smaller size flavors at first to see if i like it before i buy larger sizes. as for flavor brands i use alot of tpa flavors and very few loranns. loranns has food coloring in some of the flavors and thus i dont use them often. there are others but iv got ALOT already and till i need some more i need to use the tpa per the wife lol

EDIT** after i posted i read the syringe might not be good for the location. they are the most accurate way to diy but you can also get pipets and go by drops but not very accurate. the needles i use are blunt tip type that many venders sell. the location might like those better but i would ask before getting them and being looked down upon.

i plan on asking on monday...
i've almost finished my stay here, so once i move on i might start then, or just use pipettes until then.
or i might just eyeball it here with the larger amounts and use a pipette for flavorings.
fortunately i use 100% vg or as close as possible, so that works well

as for safety goes i would say gloves are a must and also a clean work area. iv heard of folks going "outlaw" style like myself ie just a nice clean place to work and then others going all out ie gloves, eye wear, and an apron and so on. the "outlaw" style is not for every one and i wouldn't recommend it at all.. iv been DIYing for some time and also worked around chemicals for many many years so i know the what to do if something happens..
