Want to get my first REO

Thanks for everybody's help. I just put in my order. Can't wait for my first squonk. Now to get some batteries. So will the Sony vt5's last longer than the vt4's since in has a higher mAh? Or does higher amp draw take away from how long the battery can last me through out the day?

What is the lowest ohm the grand can fire at? I am gonna try to get a better throat hit with close to 0 nic as I can?

I run mine at .6ohms all day...everyday. I use 3mg juice and the throat hit on a .6ohm 26g microcoil is perfect...for me. I also opened the air hole a bit. I've heard of people running it between .2-.3ohms with no issues.

.2 is the lowest I would go on any device. On the Reo's, your voltage drop is dramatically increased that low though. You might get 3.4 volts on a freshly charged battery at that point. The updated Reos crank out about 3.8-3.9 volts on an average build though, not bad for what it is.

The amp rating of a battery shouldn't have an impact on how quickly it drains. I believe VTC5's do last longer than VTC4's though. Great batteries, that's all I've used in my Grand since I got it. I'll use my AW IMR an my milder builds, but I'm at .39 right now with Koh Gen Do cotton and its absolutely fantastic. Rips like crazy
