When I opened my 2nd battery it didnt have a button,It has a hole in it and no rubber button.What do I do ??

Keyzygirl - try looking in your pacakging and see if its in there. Also I ahve had a couple people say they fell inside the battery itself. Try to see if you move it around if you see it in there. If it is in there try to get it out with tweezers. Be gentle! Not sure how this happens I have never had it happen to me.
