Hey ECF, hope everyone is enjoying their Friday!

I'm thinking it's time for me to try out some DIY juice recipes but I'm not too sure where to start. So my question for all you fellow Canuck vapers out there, where do you get your DIY supplies for juices? For flavoring I'll likely seek out TPA or LorAnn's. Seems to be a standard in the DIY scene! Where have you had the best experience purchasing your bases and mixes in Canada? More specifically Ontario if possible!

Thanks!

The 2 places I've been getting my DIY stuff from are canvape and diy-ejuice. Both offer great service and prices. Be sure to take a look at the DIY forum here as there is a ton of info to help you get started. Start with a few flavors that you think you will like and go from there. I started doing single flavor juices until i got the hang of it and then moved on to mixing multiple flavors. DIY requires a lot of trial and error and a lot of patience. Take it slow, and enjoy the road to making some delicious juices!

Thanks for the help! Would you say it is a less expensive route as opposed to buying pre-mixed juices?

I hunted for an existing thread that seemed suitable for what I wanted to share, and this one seemed to fill the bill, so I've resurrected it.

Naptime flew by (actually he slept a full 90 minutes, but as they say, time flies when you're having fun!)

But I managed to mix up the 7-flavor recipe I had at 12mg. One of the flavors seemed to have a strong alcohol odor, and it carried through to the juice..... which I shook furiously for quite some time then immediately tasted. It tasted alcohol-y.... so it's sitting open in the kitchen for now to let that evaporate off. But from what I could tell, I wasn't over the top about it..... and I started tweaking.

I opened all 7 flavor bottles and let them sit on my desk as I vaped.....
taste.... smell..... taste...... smell.....
I weeded out two flavors that I decided I didn't think I wanted in the mix, then went to work with calculator and eJuice Me Up software to rework the percentages. Came up with something that I think I could enjoy, but I suspect it wants a drop or two of stevia to sweeten it up a little. I'll have to get some and give it a whirl.

So here (finally) is the question.... is a high-quality stevia product from the health food store adequate for our purposes, or am I looking for something else? I'm hoping to avoid mail order, as there's nothing else I want to spend money on right now and it would be ludicrous to pay shipping for something that small and cheap.

This doesn't really answer your question... buuuutttt, if you have ordered from juggies before you may have a bottle of liquid sweetener sitting around that he sometimes sends with the packages. (I think it usually comes when you buy the Organic line)

nope, but I did order some from the US in a juice order I'm still waiting on..... hopefully soon!
