I've been doing the last tank of Smoktech Vivi. I think it's almost better than the Vivi Nova 2 tank. I use both on the Epic Storm. It makes a lot of powerful steam and the flavor is in the tank of Smoktech really good!

Here's another vote for the Smok Vivi tank.... Got mine working right on my first rewick (using cheesecloth wick and nichrome wire) Its a bit fiddly, but I know I can always fix any problems with it, unlike carto tanks...

I've got a couple smok DCT setups and its a PITA to get cartomizers reliable, if you get a good batch you're golden, if not you may end up flooding and blech. And if you end up on the other side where its too dry, you'll have to drip the carto to keep the top coil from burning. Sure there are single coil cartos... But its still going to be luck of the draw that you have a match that this carto works great with this juice/

Hey Dottymae  another noob here! I have been using the Vivi Nova 2.5 with my ego twist for a couple of weeks and it is really good. Excellent vapour and flavour. I got the Vivi Nova mini at the beginning of the week and whilst it is an airy draw, got to admit the flavour and vapour are almost equal to the regular Vivi. The hubby has got into rebuilding aspect big style:vapor:

Previously i was using the TotallyWicked 3ml dct and it was ok but an .... of a job to refill and quite noisy, no chance of stealth with that bad boy:laugh:

Have used both rebuildable Stardusts and Vivi Nova LONG WICK- short wick are problematic. I found both to give the same vape but the Stardust looked much nicer on my PV. If you're bound and determined to buy the Vivi get the mini- a slimmer version that looks better. I also found both muted the flavor and as I DIY I added extra flavor. Now back on a carto+ tank and liking it much more than the clearos. I've heard, but not tried, the bottom coil clearos give better flavor. Realize also with rebuildable clearos- simply unscrew old head and screw in new head- takes about 5 secs. My clearos are lasting about 3-4 weeks but they must be cleaned every 2 days otherwise they gunk up and fail fairly quickly.
Good Luck.

Thanks Tallulahtatto!!!!
Does the regular Vivi have an airy draw?
I dont think I like an airy draw. This is so difficult !!!!!

Hi Vapoor eyes,
I’m not bound and determined to get a Vivi. I’m open to all suggestions. I was thinking I wanted to try a tank without wicks. Seemed like you’d get less dry hits and better flavor. Do you have a tank you really like?
Thank for your help Dotty:)

Hi Dotty and you're welcome. I've used both Stardust and Vivi rebuildable and saw no difference except a muting of the flavor- maybe slightly better with the Vivi. Just make sure you get the long wicks and sometimes you have to "fluff" the wick to get better wicking. I also found the low resistance on my Kgo was too warm- considering I enjoy vaping 1.7 Smok Tech single coil cartos I was quite surprised. Overall everyone LOVES and HATES the Vivi and Stardusts. Just my :2c: myself and 44 friends are using the Stardust without issue. Vivi Nova I didn't have any complaints about either. There's just so much stuff out there it's hard to keep up and worse yet we're getting vendors renaming all this stuff making it even more convoluted.

I think someone else mentioned the Kanger T2 earlier in this thread, and I'd have to give that one another vote. I've been using the T2s with my 900mAh Twist batteries for the past few weeks and they've been performing excellent. To me, the flavor is better than the Vision 2.0 or ViVi Nova and the vapor production is about equal.
