there are so many options that work with your 510..
in sticking with something relatively close to cig size...I'd say the eGo..the batteries really will last you all day...the atty cone does help with vapor production and TH besides just being for looks..as a bonus it also helps protect the battery to atty connection point..and well though not cig size..it's more like a stubby cigar in hand...
Other things to try on the 510..you could always get a 510 battery to 901 adapter and try cartomizers on it.. oh and now there are 510 sized cartomizers..
Any of the mods...well they're about as far from size and form of cig as possible

I would like to keep the look and feel of a traditional cigarette that would last all day and provide a bigger throat hit and more vapor that I can use with my 510 under $75. Right now I’m considering The Chuck, but any suggestions would be appreciated.

I believe that what you are looking for is a longer lasting battery. The Chuck does not include a battery. (If I read the website correctly.) The bigger, or longer the battery, the less it looks like a cigarette.

The first PV that I bought came with a portable charger that looked like a pack of cigarettes and could recharge a battery up to 5X. I got 2 batts with my starter kit, so I would just rotate them. That seemed to help, but not enough.

I also was not happy with the vape I was getting from that kit so I bought a different starter kit from a different supplier and got the XL manual batteries. OK, 4 of them. One will last me all day if I wasn't allowed to vape at my desk! So I take 2 with me every day PLUS a couple of different flavored cartomizers. Less conflict now as well since they don't look like cigs.

It feels more like a cigar and I pretty much keep it in my mouth all day.

Basically, I guess I am trying to say that there's a trade off, Get a few more mini-batteries or get a couple of longer batteries.

The big mods sure look nice, but they are no where close (that I have seen, anyway) to resembling a cigarette.

But Remie, you would still be using the 510 attys and carts. I looked into this and didn't think it would solve the atty problem we're having. As far as batteries, the 510 mega battery is great and lasts most of the day. All you would be doing with the eGo is upgrading the battery.

For research purposes I ordered a 902, and adapters for the 801 and the 901. I haven't tried the 801 with cartomizers yet, but both the 901 and the 902 don't have the atty problems of the 510. The 510 has a better TH and the 901 and 902 have much better taste. If I inhale directly into my lungs I get a better TH and a more consistent one.

Allie, I had one of those atties totally die on my yesterday - so, I placed an order for a batch of 510 atties that are not made by Joye. If the new batch turns out to be fine, then I can continue with those, look into a 901 or 902 (which I am still looking at and liking but I am not sure how it's much different than the 510??) - or wait until it's proven than there's been a problem with these Joye 510 atties and when I know new batches have made it here to suppliers, go back to ordering those again.

Oh... I'm so confused with all the options right now - lol !

I’m very satisfied with the 510, but the batteries don’t last very long with my smoking habits. I would like to try a higher voltage mod for more throat hit, vapor and extended battery life, but this subject is very confusing to me. I read about the Silver Bullet, Prodigy, The Chuck, Bartleby, eGo, Janty Stick, Chameleon, Juice Box, Black Beauty, Screwdriver, Nicostick, gosh, the list goes on and on. I guess to narrow it down, I would like to keep the look and feel of a traditional cigarette that would last all day and provide a bigger throat hit and more vapor that I can use with my 510 under $75. Right now I’m considering The Chuck, but any suggestions would be appreciated.

Suggesting 3.7v mods is not helping him. :)
Neither is suggesting a big battery mod..it's a trade off...look at everything he wants and everything he's saying..
I can do that with an eGo and adjusting juice, or an adapter and carto and still keep it close to the size and feel of the 510 (granted it's more stubby cigar than cig) and the atty cone does up the TH and Vapor because it preheats the air draw..
So I'd say that given everything your suggestion of a chuck is less helpful than mine that is unless you can tell me how to adjust the size back down to give that look and feel of a traditional cig...
and as a bonus the eGo/tornado is available now versus having to wait 2 weeks min to get a chuck made.since the eGo is stock...of course could also suggest the xhaler (since it's regularly stocked) but again theres that pesky size requirement...

EDIT: By the way thought this would help the OP as well

Wow, I appreciate everyone's comments and I received a lot of great information from ya all. Sometimes I think I'm just kidding myself, because sooner or later I will want to try a higher voltage and I like the idea of different battery options with the SB and Chuck. For now, I think I will go with the eGo battery for the voltage, look and feel to add to my ever increasing collection.

Again, great info from everyone and thanks, enjoy the game.
