I got it yesterday, gave it a quick try (works as expected ) but I don't have a matching charger either. The good news is, tomorrow it goes to a coworker who has the subscription-plan gear with the same threading. Hopefully this will be the thing that convinces him to finish transitioning. (He's already started refilling their cartos with better juice..) I'll include a couple of the cards of course, so he knows where to order more stuff

Turns out he's got one of the proprietary kits so it didn't fit him either. Looks like its time for me to get a charger

No it won't. They were designed to only work with the slim line's because they're the only charger V4L currently carries that uses the proper cc/cv method.

skydragon I'm sorry I didn't mention that the V4L Dial-A-Volts are charged with the Slim Charger.

that's quite all right. I am about to give it a try. Just letting the juice soak in for bit.

I still appreciate having the opportunity to try it. =)
