I had what I thought was an unsolvable issue with my order, placed a comment in the order about it, and the next thing I know I had an email from Chris. It turns out she had solved the unsolvable! It didn't even delay the order. My hat is off to you Chris (not that I wear one anyway...). I feel special, I hope it isn't just that she's this helpful to everybody.
