I work at a university - thus I would not be caught vaping at work - would be considered bad example and all that. And I keep reading other post by people who can't vape at work - and was just reading about vaping on plane.

I was just packing my all pg cartos for work tomorrow and wishing I could take a vg based e-juice I love - but too much vapor

And it hit me - why not make an nicotine based e-liquid in a medium that produced no vapor for these times and places where we want to vape - but do not want it seen.

It seems perfectly do-able - but not having a chemistry back ground I do not know what the medium would be -

Or what you could do is vape like you normally do, but hold the vapor inside for around 3 seconds, make a tiny stealth hole with your mouth and blow it out. There won't be any vapor if you do it this way. Try it out and let me know how it is. The difference is incredible.

Oh I know - that is what I try to do - I also only do pg and take only my very underpowered npros to work - but I do get very involved in what I am working on and before you know it little streams of vapor start showing up - and one day some one else will notice.

I do think there would be a market for a vapor-less e-liquid for those times when we don't want to be seen vaping - and don't want to always have to go though all the effort stealth vaping entails.

Found it Genesis Electronic Cigarette and E-Liquid. Low price guaranteed Genesis E-Liquid over 30 flavours.

Darn - When I saw the web page I was just about to order, in spite of shipping cost from the UK, but then I saw the video and it look like about the same amount of vapor as I get with my watered down DIY PG mixes I make for vaping at work (which is exactly what I think it is just watered down pg with no vg) - There has got to be something to use as a medium for nicotine besides PG or VG that will make little or no vapor. :(

Aah...I didn't watch the vid. Perhaps PEG? I know it is used in juice sometimes, but I'm not sure what the results are. One thing you could try is a high ohm atty. Maybe not the best idea, but it would definately make visible vaper lower.

There's always another alternative: Arm yourself with references to various posts on the ECF forums and elsewhere, and when someone gets in your grill about it, give them a referral card and tell them to go get the facts first, then get back to you!

What "facts" are these pray tell?

I am not in a situation where anyone is accusing me of anything or telling me not to vape. So, I have no need to "educate" anyone.

If you saw my post you read that I work at a university. I am respected there and thus I am in a situation where I have some small influence on people less then one third my age. I have an addiction to nicotine. I am handling it in a better way then I handled it for most of my life but it is still an addiction. And since I am really addicted I know that if I could not vape for any reason I would go back to smoking - no question about it.

I may have already lessened my life expectancy by smoking and I do not want to influence any one else to smoke. If some young person saw me vaping and decided that since I was a person that they saw as worthy of respect that if I vaped then vaping was cool and they became as addicted to nicotine as I am; I would feel that I had greatly harmed that person.

I do not vape at work or around young people for that reason. I have a son who smokes and knowing that my smoking while he grew up contributed to him smoking sorely hurts my heart. I have harmed to many people in my life to ever want to harm another, even by being a bad influence.

I applaud your outlook on the situation, and the fact that you take responsibility for your own addiction. I myself started vapeing because my wife was being affected by my smoking. That's not to say it was the only reason (my own health for one), but knowing I was killing her with second hand smoke was the straw that broke the camel. ;)

I'm basically off of nicotine now, if I could just get this hand mouth thing over with I'd be good to go.

But I do enjoy vapeing. and the way I look at it I'm not hurting anyone now, including myself. So no harm, no foul, and my breath has never smelled sweeter. :)
Have you approached your son with vapeing as an alternative to smoking ?

I ordered some after watching this

And had the same results. You can puff it for maximum clouds and see a lot, or puff it casually and see the barest trace. Or inhale into your mouth, then take the ecig away and open your mouth to inhale it down to the lungs with fresh air behind it, and if you hold for just a little less than a second you see nothing on the exhale. That's on a 510.

You could get a box mod, throw sticker on it with a standard medical image (like a caduceus) or print your own prescription-label-sticker, complete with stealth juice and that's it: you now have an inhaler.

Man is that a bad idea. The FDA would love some ammo in the form of fruadulant medical device stickers. I recomend NOT doing that.
