I've been vaping since Sept 2013 and have not had a cig since then! I have been using an ego twist battery and the protank mini. Now I'm wanting to get into rebuilding the RDAs. I have my MVP V2 (LOVE IT) and everything to build (wire, ohm meter, etc) but I'm needing a starter rda. My local B&M store only has dual coils and I'm wanting a single coil. I have tried others' builds and like around 2-2.5 ohms. I'm needing advise on what is the least expensive, easy to use starter RDA and where to get it the fastest without express shipping.

I started out dripping on the igo-L and found them to be so easy to rebuild and I like them a lot. I now have 3. There are so many out there right now. I am waiting on a Kayfun Lite because of all the positive recommendations I have read about them. I hope I like it as well as I do my little igo's. Good luck to you and happy vaping.

Welcome to ecf too. You have found the greatest place around for getting help or support. So many wonderful people here. :)

When I first started vaping, I couldn't understand why anyone would want the inconvenience of dripping. Then I tried it, and loved the different flavor and flexibility in the setups. I have around 15 RDA's in various configurations in addition to many rebuidable tank atty's. Love some a little more than others, and some work better for testing eliquids than others.

You can bring your vaping costs down to extremely low amounts by buying some kanthal wire, silica wick, organic cotton and a little time. Then, you'll start making your own eliquids with lots of recipes and eventually find several you love. At that point, you'll be vaping for pennies and spending your money on equipment. After you have pretty much the equipment you want, you'll become more selective in what you buy and your vaping will become a hobby that cost pennies instead of dollars.

After some experience, you'll build a coil for pennies, add some cotton for pennies and fill it up with your own eliquid that cost pennies. You can now vape all day for next to nothing. The only negative is that you'll miss some great eliquids on the market because you will be unwilling to spend dollars on what you can make for pennies. Then, every once in a while you can splurge on something nice for yourself and not feel guilty because you're now saving the $400 a month you used to spend on tobacco, and you'll be living longer to enjoy all of this. This hobby simply can't get any better than that!!!
