I have a Cloupor DNA30 Box mod that i was wanting to change the backplate and somehow upgrade it to use magnets instead of screws because changing batteries is a pain. Has anyone here every done this? If so where can I get the supplies and how do I do it? Ive seen a video once about it but i cant find it and I dont want to just go for it and mess up my mod without studying it first.

I put magnets in my Hana clone. Ordered magnets (1.5 x 2 mm I believe, but measure yourself) from ebay, drilled out the screw holes in the back plate and the casing, and glued in the magnets using superglue. Really simple. I stacked two magnets at every point (that is to say, I used eight magnets in total). Make sure that you get the polarities right.

Yeah that's the same kind of deal I looked at earlier but due to the space between the screws and battery being so minimal I felt like it would be a bad idea

My way works, but the one Heespharm linked is certainly cleaner, and something you can undo if you end up preferring the screws.
