Warning about E-Cigs in California
I decided to give a gift of an electronic cigarette to my partner. I ordered the introductory package and received the product in a timely matter.
I just received an email from them that a refill order has been shipped and they told me that in the fine print that unless I call them to cancel within 14 days of my previous order they were authorized to ship the refills and charge my credit card. I called them to complain and to tell them that we were thinking of returning the original order because it did not seem to work as hoped. They told me that they will only refund half of the cost of the refill shipment, we have yet to receive, which is their policy.
Please be warned about them.
