Warning to eGo cone style carto users

Many may already be aware of this but I..........
Well, Now I do!

My SB had a melt down when I used a 510 eGo connector to vape a ReJuvenator carto.
It melted the spring and battery.

So, do not use these connectors on your SB. They apparently push down on the pin too much and that causes the issue.

I ALSO did NOT have a protected battery in at the time. It was a Panasonic CGR18650CH 2250mAh 3.7V Hybrid IMR Li-Mn Battery.
My AW was recharging and I only had one. Shame on me!

So, I am waiting as it's on its way to being repaired.

Cartos are only a backup for me these days and now........
Well, no more on a SB.

User error for sure but thought it may be good info for the others.

For me pure heaven is a SB with a Penelope vaping my Aroma dark honey tobacco

Those adapters are the culprit for breaking the white gasket on the Vamos as well. Seen multiple people, including myself, have pushed the pin down too far and in the vamo it breaks off the white gasket, and even if you get it back in there, it doesn't act right after that. I have since replaced the gasket with a #60 black rubber washer and is working fine... but yes becareful with those adapters, the one I have seems to have a little nub thing that slides down when screwed on a clearo or something, pushes the pin down like an extra 1/8 of an inch.

Odd but I did it without a thought at all. Next time well, there won't be a next time.
