They deleted my post from thier own forum so I thought I would sign up here and share with you my experience.
I phoned in a starter+40 pack on sept 26th. I was told all was in stock. Recieved a starter kit with 35 carts and note saying rest was on back-order. 25 year smoker trying something new was leary about not getting it all after I read up on the net about sites that were out of stock. This after I was assured by the gal that it all was in stock.
When I complained they just said " It was in stock when you ordered it, but we ran out. You will recieve your backorder by the end of the week". I was told that for the next 3 weeks........
And when I did finally get the rest of my order over a month after I originally ordered it they were 3 carts short.
I had other problems too 15 carts sent with the starter were bad and only lasted 20 puffs till burnt.
They gave me 18 credit for this. Wasnt even enough to replace it all. I waited on hold over 30 minutes to talk to someone to resolve this and they did by putting enough money to cover an order to replace this. I still had to pay another $5.80 for shipping but did so just to end the ordeal. then someone put 6 credits in my account after I ordered the replacements. I placed that order on nov 1st and finally got it on the 16th. My card was charged for the shipping overnight when I placed the order though.
The whole thing has been an almost 7 week long freakin nightmare from day 3. I was taken care of in the end but don't ever want to go through that again. I phoned 7+ times, spent hours on the phone on hold, 1+ hour in chat support 4 times, 5e-mails, and 50+ trips to my mailbox.
If I would have totally relied on v2cigs I would have been out of carts in less than 2 weeks and would have surely started smoking again.
Thank God for the internet I learned how to refill em. Once I figured out I was gonna run out with V2 I have since placed 5 orders from 3 other different E-cig sites and have gotten them all without hassle or flaw and in a timely fashion.
I have 6 credits in my account which the only thing I can get is a EU wall adapter for that + I pay shipping.... Oh joy I got for my $180!!!
Anyone else care to share thier experience with them here cuz all that you can get off of thier forums is just how great they are...........
