I don't know why you take such offense to my response. I simply read your post as suggesting that we used boxes that had previously been used. Which we do not, and never have. As for customer service, feel free to take a look around our forum and ask others what they think as well. I think you will find that I am far from sensitive and am very well liked.
Your original post is a bit vague and appeared to me to be suggesting that this was the case, rather than clarifying and explaining that this had happened to you from another supplier.
