I don't know why you take such offense to my response. I simply read your post as suggesting that we used boxes that had previously been used. Which we do not, and never have. As for customer service, feel free to take a look around our forum and ask others what they think as well. I think you will find that I am far from sensitive and am very well liked.

Your original post is a bit vague and appeared to me to be suggesting that this was the case, rather than clarifying and explaining that this had happened to you from another supplier.

I did not mean to offend you in any way and would prefer that you contact me personally, preferably by email should you wish to discuss, rather than starting an entire thread regarding the issue.

The problem with the written word is that it can be interpreted differently depending on who is reading it.

Ethan, Yes I Believe We Were Both Jumping To Conclusions On This One. I'll Admit I Was Vague About Where I Had This Happen, But On The Other Hand Your Response Was A Bit On The Defensive Side. I Had Tried To Put This Issue To Bed Several Posts Ago And Other Posts Continued Due To A Poster's Question. I Consider This Issue Over With...Lets All Move On.:thumb:

You are correct, it was defensive, and for good reason. It appeared that you were implying that we had sent out used items. I have worked far too long and built too many relationships with our customers to take such posts without batting an eye. Some call it sensitivity, others call it being passionate about what I do. This is the last I will speak of this

I need to be careful , because as a mod, we do not want to give the appearance of pushing one particular supplier, but I will say this: Long before I became a mod I was a Janty customer and have always had a positive experience with them. Even when there was a question or miscommunication, the issue was always promptly resolved. Ethan does a good job of handling any issue that arises.

Now back to your regularly scheduled thread...........

I Think Part Of The Problem Might Lie In How Written Text Can Be Read By The Eyes And The Mind That Reads Them. For Instance Capitalization Of Every Word Makes My Eyes Hurt, And This Could Lead Me To Easily Misinterpret A Post As Being Overly ...Something .. That It Might Not Be, You See?

But Ofcourse We Do Not Sell Used Carts - We Never Have And We Never Will - Our Customers Know This. Im Sorry If You Misunderstood Us, Or In Any Other Way Applied Your Bad Experiences From Another Place, To Our Shop.

Besides The Fact That You Did Not Read The Entire Topic Of This Thread
1)I Did Not Say The Supplier Was Janty
2)I Did Not Say The Carts Were Used However But MISSING From Kit
3) No Rules Against Capitalizing Every Word In Forum & If It Hurts Your Eyes Don't Read It
4) I Will Make A Request To Administration To Have The Thread Closed
So The Good People Of This Forum Can Move On To The Next Issue.
