I got my GLV used off the classifieds. Is it still covered under the lifetime warranty?

Should be. 25$ will get you new threads and a new paint job. The button and electronics are covered. You can have a new GLV every year for 25$ if you wanted... as long as you keep the metal body in good shape....everything else is replaceable.
