Hey sunshine please do the correct thing and honour the warranty.

I bought for my brother a Joye eGo C Twist Variable Voltage ( which you give 90 days warranty) . In a matter of a few days the item is not working.

Your statement " We will send you a new free one via china airmail as soon as china airmail gets back to normal " is not right.

You very well know only DHL shipment reaches my location. And that is also the only option available when i order from your site. It is ludicrous of you to suggest shipment by China Airmail when you very well know that it will never reach me.

If the item had been used for 30 days or 60 days, i can understand your statement. But this item broke down in just 4 days. The onus is on you to confirm that there is proper quality control before you ship out a defective product. I cannot be made to suffer from your shipment of a defective product.

We did send many packages via china airmail to your country with no problems.

I think EMS is a problem. but only a battery with china airmail won't be a problem.

Please do not worry about it.:)

I am worried. You do not at all offer china airmail to my location. I paid for express service for DHL and your product broke down in 4 days. You thing that such a performance is acceptable ?
You have basically sold me a lemon.

You are asking me to wait till china airmail gets back to normal ? When will that be ?

In good faith I have placed a new order for new items and i hope you will include the replacement in that order

Update : Your support has confirmed they will ship the replacement with my new order. Keeping my fingers crossed nothing will go wrong this time around

I am very sorry for the defective Joyetech twist battery which we did not find its fault before shipping.

I do not think Joyetech batteries are Lemon. We have sold many Joyetech batteries. Only a tiny quantity ones are defective. so I think, yours is just a bad luck. It happens to all products.

Thank you for your new order. :) We will send the new free replacement together.

They will, and even though I feel for you and it would be nice that they would express post things to you when something arrives DOA or breaks it is not really their fault. I know exactly how you feel and in your position I would be ...... too but that is one of the risks we take when shopping online. We don't get to see the product first, we don't get to test it and we cant just go to the shop the next day to replace broken stock. It's not like HC is happy about it either, they lose money and they rarely even get the defective device back to return to the manufacturer! I mean I'm having problems with a VV Passthrough which I ordered from them that got here today and now I have to get a friend in tomorrow to help me take pictures just so I can send it back to them just to prove that there is a real problem.

But I know this is not their fault, I cant expect them to test every single item that they sell, nor can I expect them to send me a brand new item via express post just because something I got is broken. If anything it is the manufacturers fault, it is not unreasonable for them to test every product that comes out of the factory, and it is not unreasonable to expect a little quality control for more expensive brands like Joytech, what I'm trying to say here is HC is the middle man and so far they have been pretty honest and good to work with, work with newsunshine and she will try to work with you trying to find a solution in the best interest of both parties. Yea parcel services which travel slower then my grandmother riding bareback on a donkey through the grand canyon suck major testes but again this is the risk we take for shopping online and large distances.

...So go easy on them :smokie:

Yesterday my 1000mha twist suddenly stopped working, too. I'm waiting for a miracle to see it works again. Otherwise I must find a way to return it to HC. I like it alot.

No problem. if it does not work again, please click help desk and submit a ticket. We will take good care of it. :)
