Was ECF down last night about 10 or 11?

Sorry if this is in the wrong section but I couldn't access the ECF website last night . Did anyone else have trouble? First time I tried was about 10 pacific time and I tried until about midnight before going to bed. The weird thing is, I could access ECF in the android app.

I had the same problem last night. It only lasted for about 10 minutes.
