Yes you can! The only problem you might run into is that the flavor will be diluted. I checked, and it's pg/vg, so otherwise you're all good to go. You'd probably be better off ordering a much higher concentration of nic and then you will only need a drop (be careful you use a calculator to measure exactly the right amount to get you to the nic level you want).

The simple answer is yes. Take an equal amount of each, mix together, and you will have a diluted flavor and diluted nicotine. Equal amounts of each will cut your nicotine to 13 mg/ml. I would expect the flavor to diminish - but not necessarily so much as to make it distasteful.

Now, determine whether you need your nicotine to be in a base of pg, vg, or a combination of both. The composition of the existing ejuice will suggest that.

You could also order 48 mg/ml nic base and mix equal amounts of each to get 24 mg/ml results.
