First reading: An Ordinance Amending Washington County Code 2.2 Regarding Smoking:
...Smoking is prohibited in all buildings owned or building spaces leased by the County government. (b) Smoking will not be permitted in County owned vehicles...
...Smoking means holding a lighted pipe, cigar, or cigarette of any kind, or lighting, or emitting or exhaling the smoke of a pipe, cigar, or cigarette of any kind , and includes use of any tobacco product and electronic cigarettes..."
