Washington State - House & Senate Bills - Help w/interpretation?

So, you think writting (or calling) each committee member is a good idea? I'll get crackin' this weekend if it's not too late.
Does anyone have the names and email addresses of the legislators that we need to contact? I'm 70 years old and have smoked for over 50 years and have tried to quit hundreds of times and I have been quit now for going on two years thanks to e-cigarettes. I don't even like to use the term e-cigarette, it should be nicotine vaporizer. I will never go back to cigarettes regardless of what laws they pass but it will make it more difficult for those that haven't quit yet.
I was diagnosed with COPD a few years ago and knew if I continued smoking I would die but I still couldn't stay quit until I discovered vaping. My lungs have improved immensley since I quit, I no longer wheeze at night or gasp for air after carrying my grandchildren up a flight of stairs. There are thousands just like me that they have not considered. There would be thousands more quitting everyday if they only knew and had some good advise instead of negative misinformation. I don't think they really care about saving lives or they would be promoting their use but then where would they get their tax dollars? Maybe they wouldn't need so much if so many older people weren't on oxygen with copd caused by smoking!
I wish people wouldn't try to put this on liberals but where it belongs on uninformed legislatures from all parties. If you can show me where it is just Democrats pushing this I would switch parties and this would be the only reason I would. I didn't even know such a law was being considered here in Wa. I live on the Eastside of the state and I'm a stay at home grandpa so I didn't have a clue.

worth noting that BT successfully campaigned to ensure that no other amount of cigarettes less than a an entire pack of 20 was ever sold in america, and also used the "it is for the children" bit. in reality it is difficult to addict anyone with a pack of five cigarettes, much easier 20 at a time. it helped that cigarette taxes are so high that it was easy to get compliance, because they can claim anyone who sells a single cigarette is attempting to avoid taxation. so imagine if you could only buy a keg of beer, and never a six pack? nice for the brewing co.

You'd almost think the Wash. legislature had nothing better to do... between this, and banning "vomit pay" for the ferry workers and trying to find a way not-to-pay for the viaduct tunnel that no one wanted...they've been purty durn busy ya know!
