Not sure why, been using the SmokTech DC's for awhile without problems just got a new order after they were out of stock ....2 ohm from one company...2.5 ohm from another...6 of each. I use one of them for a week and then toss it, every sunday I put a fresh one in and it would be fine. I have been using the 2ohm and 2.5 ohm's on my provari for the last couple of months without any issues. I would always drill out the prepunched hole just a little bigger, prefill the carto, then put it in the 5ml tank...this new batch of cartos has nothing but a REALLY BAD burnt taste to them..I'm not sure if they are using a different filler material or what but i tried 6 "3 of each" hoping to get at least a couple good ones. Not sure if anyone else has noticed a problem with "new" smoketech DC's but as soon as I went back to a new one from my old batch they were fine.
