Water/condensation on the tip of the battery and charger

I just charged my battery and when I un-screwed it from the charger I noticed there was like water/condensation on the tip of the battery and in the tip of the charger.

Why is this?
Is this ok or normal?

No it is not normal. make sure you clean both the charger and battery with a kleenex before you charge.

I am getting a little worried now, after vaping, I unscrew the cartomizer from the battery and I see drops of condensation (i think that is what it is) on the top tip part of the battery.
What's going on?

It happens, not dangerous happens to me all the time, single drop (even on underfilled cartos) on the battery connection. *Long as it isn't a deluge of fluid and bridging between centre and threading. Just clean the connections off before charging. You can get a sealed adapter which will keep it off the battery if you're really worried.
