problems with charging Riva...

Purchased from ALTSMOKE.

For some reason it seems like it it only charging when i apply pressure to the battery (pushing it). My guess is that its not making full contact between the battery and the charger. When I remove it from the charger it lasts 2 hits then blinks, indicating dead battery.

Any tips? Just cleaned both contacts and plugged it in, gunna let it charge for a few hours, if I can.

It sounds to me like you have figured out the problem, the battery centre pin is not contacting the charger centre pin. One fix is to solder a blob on to the charger pin, not hard but then the question being asked is it your job to do that rather than the suppliers. I would be very interested if anyone had a fix to this as I have come across this problem myself
