If its distilled, it will say on there. Most regular bottled water is not distilled.

Most bottled water comes right out of the tap and contains all kinds of minerals.

Yeah, distilled water does not leave any deposits behind. Thus why you would use it in your iron so it doesn't clog the steam holes. At least that is my understanding.

spring water is not destilled. because the spring water have mineral and other..destilled water is just H2O

Distilled water has all the minerals and whatnot removed. It tastes flat to most people - not good for drinking. It is normally easily found in drug stores.
