I guess what started here as a discussion of Markimar's Mix (which is good right out the gate), turned into a discussion about the strength of our doublers (I love this forum). I would like to say that we are always sad to hear someone is disappointed with our liquids, and do all we can to make the best ones possible. You have to understand that you can make a liquid useless with too much flavoring, just as easily as you can by not adding enough. The doublers are designed to be normal strength, meaning you can vape them straight out of the bottle as a non-nic liquid. When diluted, they should be diluted with the matching flavor (or compatible flavor, some people like to mix flavors)of nicotine liquid. Cutting it with unflavored nicotine liquid will reduce the flavor. If we send out a doubler of AC, it should be full flavored, I nor any of the other mixers at Tasy Vapor have ever intentionally gone skimpy on flavoring unless requested by the customer to do so.. We are human, and every bottle is mixed by hand. The final quality control of every single bottle is holding it a half inch from my nose and inhaleing deeply. If it smells week, it doesn't ship. (and I have a bucket with bottles that didn't smell right and didn't ship)

So if you take an empty one ounce bottle and put in 1/4 ounce of our 48mg/ml AC then fill it the rest of the way with AC doubler, there should be NO difference in that and one of our one ounce bottles of 12mg/ml AC. Other than the price, that is. Please feel free to call us or use our live online help prior to ordering if you have any questions or concerns. We would much rather you are not disappointed by buying something other than what you were expecting.

Keep the comments comming, love it!
Thanks, Chris

On the web site in the faq they talk about vaping the doublers straight, for zero nicotine users, but they USED to also say that it would be kinda strong and you would need to cut it down a bit but, they don't say that anymore. So, maybe they have reduced the strength of the doublers over the past year or so at some point.

But, I got an order in the last month or so with 4 ej doublers and, didn't seem to have any problems.

To be honest the TV nic seemed to be causing me problems as well. I have a severe allergy to house dust so maybe it is just me but, was getting serious lower intestional distress and had to go looking for nic otherwise or I would just have to stop vaping TV juices.

If you think the doublers are too weak, try vaping them straight. I did and it was TOO STRONG. Even now, in a mix that is 11/12ths doubler, the question that comes into play is whether the flavor is too strong or not.

If you are mixing flavorless nic in that brings you to 24 mg... sheesh... minimally you are just gonna be 3/4ths doubler and you are gonna be down 25% of the flavor. If you are mixing in 48 mg flavorless nic that would put you at just 50% doubler and, yeah, that is gonna be like almost no flavor at all.

Uh, in the faq on the web site, they address the question on asking for stronger flavors and it is a flat NO... lol... you are asking for too much. Yeah, almost like looking the gift horse in the mouth.

If the TV nic is giving you problems and you want to vape at 24 MG, maybe what you should do is get your own PG/VG and your own nic and order the flavorings... Geoff and company offer them on the web site for DIYers.

I did specify that I hadn't added any nicotine when I discovered that the juices were already weak straight from the vendor. I also asked live chat before I ordered... I told live chat if it was okay for me to request strong flavoring be added to my doublers and extra sweetener and the live chats response was "Yes"... I asked if it would cost more and the live chat response was "No"

I ordered a bottle of the same AC doubler only the month previous and still had about 6ml left when the new one arrived and the flavor from the old one to the new had vastly discernible difference... Comparing those two would be like night and day, the new one may as well have had zero flavoring at all considering how weak it was compared to the old.

It's no biggie though, I'm currently seeking out a new distributor for a new daily vape...

That is the one thing that is making me hesitant on ordering here. Well that and you can't get less than 1 oz. But EVERY PLACE I order from I order extra flavor, and if they offer it, I order Double Extra flavor. If a place does not offer extra flavor I have found them to be too weak in flavor for me. If you read all my posts when I first started vaping I kept asking, why all these juices were so light on flavor and that's when people pointed me in the direction of places that offer extra flavor. I know there are quite a few good reviews of Tasty Vapor but there were also great reviews on the ones I thought were weak in flavor. :grr: If you could order these with extra flavor I would be happy to try them. You can always lessen the flavor if there's a little too much, but if it's too weak you are just screwed. I've already waisted so much money on juices I'm unhappy with I'm a little scared to place an order. I just keep hearing good things though so I am very temped still. just hope I can sell them if the flavor is too light for me.

Just to set the record straight I didn't invent this blend, actually vaporing queen turned me on to it! I just talked about how wonderful it was that everyone started asking for the juice markimar ordered. Geoff just gave in and made it a premium flavor!

I got a bottle when it was on sale a few weeks back and was wondering if I had gotten a mistaken batch becauase it said "Markimar's mix" on it. I vaped it anyway and definitely tasted the watermelon. I liked it but didn't taste the bubblegum part of it. Plus, I am so used to AC, I miss the "sweet" taste on the draw. My mix didn't have that, but it did have a strong watermelon taste after inhaling.

I'm gonna try the sweetner + extra bubblegum next time.

That's interesting, I've never heard anybody comment that they tasted the watermelon on top, but then I've never tried it unsweetened.
