Sure, 20 watts might by too much for it though, as 14.7 watts is what it will draw at 4.2 volts. You probably should start out at about 10 watts or so, maybe even lower depending on how you like your vape, or while learning how you like your vape. IDK what kind of tank you are using, but 20 watts to a protank-Ego type head will result in burnt juice and a nasty taste. A RDA will be OK though.

You should learn ohms law, its simple to get to your own figures with just two formulas.
Divide voltage by resistance to get amps, then multiply amps by voltage to get to watts.
4.2v/1.2r = 3.5 amps. AND.... 3.5a x 4.2v = 14.7 watts.

Iv heard those have good airflow, so you may get away with a bit higher wattage, but how much I don`t know as I use mostly rda`s. The great thing about a regulated mod like you`v got is you can start low, and keep going up until you don`t like the flavor anymore or it starts to taste burnt. Happy Vaping.
