Ok I got to checking funds for the month. I'd really like to try a tank system that would hold boge cartos, standard length. I'd like a bigger clearo that might hold a bit more than a vivi nova, but it has to be rebuildable. (Easy to find replacement heads cause I ain't making my own. Not that far into it yet.) But I also want a provari or some other cadillac APV. I really like my vmax and got everything for it. Batteries chargers, etc. I worked enough overtime to pay for it. (I hope, cause I wound up with heat stroke on one of those days). I just cant decide if I want a new APV or more juice delivery systems. Or maybe both. That would really limit what I spend on tanks. UGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHhhhhh I hate to make choices.

I would go for the Provari and a couple of Vivi Nova tanks. Phiniac tanks are pretty great, but I am preferring the Vivi Novas which I rewick with cotton wick.:vapor:

I'm not going to start rewicking anything. I've already got 4 vivi nova and 4 mini nova's. (Stardust are gonna be history if one more of them make me mad. But I bought so many replacement heads I'll live with it for now.) I just got a lot of boge carto's and have never tried a tank. Some of the prices scared me. I was looking at the liquidator earlier. They said it was easier to fill than the J Tank. That's why I'm asking. I like something just a bit bigger than the vivi nova like around 5ml maybe. HELP ME I'M SO CONFUSED.

Ok provari or provari mini. I already got the 18350 batteries. But I want something that last like my vmax does for a few days without worry. I never was any good at making decisions. That's why I like buffets. Just grab and go...lol:)
Really don't care what color it is either. The less it looks like an analog the happier I'll be.

I have a ProVari and have used an eGo type batter in the form of Johnson Creek's VEA system ... I mean there's no comparison honestly between those two, but if you've got the funds, get the ProVari, you won't regret it. I wish I had found ECF and done my research long before buying the VEA, (also tried a couple other companies "look and feel like cigarettes") I would have saved restocking fees, etc etc.

As for tanks, I have used the Vivi Novas as well, up until I got this new carto tank in from IBTanked.com I love it, got the XL which holds about 2.5/3.0ml of juice and reasonably priced too. ($25 bucks for the clear tank and Stainless Steel caps) They offer a standard size tank as well, but not sure how much juice it actually holds. Customer service is terrific and it appears to have just changed their website (from the time I ordered last week) with a few more selections.

Don't get me wrong, I still use the Vivi Novas, their latest tank is quite good and with the ProVari using the 2.8ohm or 3.2ohm heads, you can't go wrong on the 3.5ml tank. Not to mention it looks like it was made for the ProVari. On a typical day, standard weekday, the 3.5ml tank will last me all day. On the weekends, when I have full on freedom from work, etc ... I tend to be more of a vape-a-holic. and may have to refill ... but typically, I'm good to go for an entire day.

I guess it's all in what you like and what best enhances your vaping experience. Good luck with whatever you choose, I know there's a ton of good stuff out there and what I wouldn't give to win the lottery to try each and every product that someone has given thumbs up to. <heh> Keep us posted on what you decide.

EDIT: oops, I see I took too long to respond, and you already have 4 of the standard Vivi's ... DOH!

I prefer J-tanks with Boge cartos or a Vivi Nova, really comes down to preference in my opinion. I've been debating getting the Provari lately as well. This thread is making me consider making the purchase today. But, honestly I have a few other VV mods and I just don't see the big difference between my mods and the Provari other than build quality and style. I have a box mod that measures ohms and goes up to 7v? (Is it really worth it? (that's a serious not sarcastic question:confused:)

WOW I may have to sleep on that one. I just totaled it all up and OMG. I can get two of other APV's for that price.
That initial price always stops people in their boots at first. I know it did me at first. But all I read from Provari owners was how completely satisfied they were with their purchase. I researched and read for months. Then when the new colors came out I was finally ready to make a rational decision. My verdict: It's everything they said it was. You are amazed at the workmanship and obvious quality when you hold it in your hand the first time. It does so much other than provide a great vape. Real and practical safety features. Acuset technology - what you set you get until the battery dies. Confidence. Stellar customer support. The thing is built to last.

Is it worth twice the money? To me yes, it does everything I'd ever want in an APV. I have extreme confidence this will last years and work as well then as it does now. I was brought old school, when you bought things that will last. Today's generation is more into the disposable mindset - so what if the foreign APV's only last a few months, they are cheap enough to just get another. Nah, that's not me.

The choice is yours alone. My recommendation, if you couldn't tell from above, is if you can reasonably afford a Provari, get it. You won't be sorry.

Like I said I really like my vmax. but then I'm not even a month into vaping. Just know how much it's helping me breath. Long as I get the right ratio of pg/vg.

If the Vmax works for you leave it at that, save up and get the toys you want later. :)
As tanks go, I never understood the pricier ones as they all do the same thing, just look different. The $5 ones I have work just the same as the $60 ones, all that matters is the carto inside. It does all the work!!
