I think we are starting to see the effects of the millions of dollars the CDC passed out that is being used for illegal lobbying at the local level. Big Pharma and the FDA lost when they tried to kill e-cigs from the top in 2009 and now are working toward the death of a thousand cuts by getting so many local governments to pass bans that it almost impossible to keep up with them. The ANTZ lie, tell partial truths and push with their so called studies while leaving out the ones that show THR works. I think they are pushing now do to the national election eating all the press at this time and making it almost impossible to get CASAAs message out to anyone as it just isn't that important compared to the overall economy and other problems that have there attention at this point in time. Most of the politicians are worried about getting elected and passing smoking bans are seen as good by most people.

Here's what I think:
1. vape
2. Get Caught
3. Get fined or go to jail, etc.
4. Sue and make a stink to get in court and the news.
I've often thought that I might do that if they ever banned it outdoors anywhere near me.
But I'm not really sure there is any basis for a lawsuit, or how to get the news to pay any attention.
