WCIG; both a protected 18650 batt AND a 306 drip tip from same vendor, in stock?

Where can I buy, now, a couple of protected 18650 batts AND a drip tip for LR 306 atty???

Well, he does, but the protected best ones, AW are out of stock... only the cheaper unprotected available.. are they dangerous? I usually watch while i charge my batts, but don't want to go cheap either.
