Quitting smoking is one of the hardest things to do. Period.

To be honest, in my lifetime I have struggled with many addictions from ......... (they say it's not addictive, but tell a wake and baker that, I remember the days) to opiates. Periods of heavy drinking, caffeine addiction and prescription pills. On and off, in and out.. round and round. The constant in all of it for 30+ years had been cigarettes.

Now that I am older and wiser, I rarely drink without occasion, I don't do recreational drugs, I have no interest in pot... yet the cigarettes persisted. Every day. All day. Beating myself up, wondering why I couldn't quit. I could overcome all the rest, but not tobacco.

Now, I am not saying that 2 months is enough to consider it 100% behind me, since we don't know what the future holds, but I think all of us deserve a high-five and a group hug for our efforts. If you have two days behind you, or two years... you did it. You have broken free from one of the most crippling addictions on this little floating rock we call home.

Way to go vaper. You are amazing.
