Chokmah, Thanks for the welcome! Today is my first day and so far I have had 3 count em 3 cigarettes all day, down from 40 per day! I kept you in mind with each puff on my new e-thingie.
Pokeyoldgram (me too) I married 2 of those "guys" and finally settled on a good one.
Coffee Addict, That's the plan alright..down to 0 nic 0 cigs and then it's just the hand to mouth action to break. That's the hard part.

You guys and gals still are awesome. I got real lucky with my husband met in high school and have been together since. Been happily married for 22 yrs and have a 22 yr old daughter and a 17 yr old son. We have already beat the odds as most young marrages dont last and we did it being new young parents too. I figure when its time for me to actually quit God will guide me and until then I will try not to beat myself up so much..

Hugs...

I agree with the others: I think you are being way too hard on yourself. Using terms like "success" and "failure" are only going to contribute to the stress you are feeling. You need to redefine "success."
Completely agree. I'm not clear on why we have to jump in with the prohibitionists and rehabbers when it comes to ecigs and the occasional analog. Not to make a huge deal, but I'm not entirely comfortable with anti-smoking quit banners all over the forum either and this is exactly why. Having to pronounce one's self a failure and erase everything gained as though it didn't happen...

And btw most groups who promote those banners don't support us or consider any of us quit either.

We need a banner for our newly discovered land. ;)
