Yes, silverfox, munchausen may be a bit of a stretch, because they aren't actually trying to make smokers sick directly,,, but it's hard to see that they are acting in the interest of the greater good with they track they are taking,,,, and there is the cynical element that they seem to be saying that if you're gonna smoke, you're gonna pay,,, and justify that tax as a means to drive people into quitting.
