So far, even as a noob, I've had wonderful customer support from everyone I've purchased from so far.
Cignot: Super prices, warp-speed shipping, and even a hand-written "thank you!" and a smilie on the invoice.. Very nice touch!
E-smokey treats: I don't know who I emailed with, but I got a DOA 510 battery, emailed my complaint, and had an RMA# in less than 30 minutes! I think I'll actually keep the battery, as I'm itching to take one of these puppies apart, alas, I digress.
