We Moved, but with a glitch :(

This weekend (10/29/10) we moved to a new larger 2500 sq foot facility as we had outgrown our 1250 square foot place.

Everything was planned perfectly- alarm, phone, internet, electric, movers, etc or so we thought..

ATT cut off our internet connection at 9:00 am on the morning of the 29th instead of 3:00pm when the service was supposed to be swapped to the new location at the same time the dsl was supposed to be installed. The tech never showed up at 3:00pm and my phone calls from 3:45 to 5:30, trying to get the situation fixed fell on deaf ears. Best we're told we can get an installer here is Wednesday the 3rd. GRRRRRR.. Hooking up a phone line is pretty simple but the prior company had a punch panel and hacked it apart when they left so we were forced to do a new install.

Fortunately our servers are hosted in Texas and we have a netbook for slooowwww internet access until then but other than that things went quite smooth.. We'll try and get some pictures up of our new place and new e-liquid clean room as soon as possible..

But if you can't get through to us via phone or ticket reponse is a bit slow it will be resolved as soon as possible.. Our phone should be available again on the 11/3 but until then we'll have no phone, only our ticket system.

Placed another order last night, got the email receipt, order confirmation, rewards confirmation, and this morning the processing notification ... sorry, but I didn't even miss you not having a phone... hoog, are you sure you haven't been replaced by system automation?

It appears all is still working (order wise anyway) relax... the juice still flows. Good luck on the new digs!

Hoogie does this mean new place new mini vapestack's i am feinding to get my hands on one but they are never in stock

Well we have some new improved midi vapestacks that take and 18350 or 16340, they are really sweet but only natural, none are anodized.. Should have them up as soon as the dust settles.

Same here: placed an order Friday night and got the usual, timely confirmation emails. Congrats on the move. Looking forward to seeing pics when you get them up.

And I can't wait to try those new 510 Mega Cartomizers!

I'll see that and raise it -- I placed an order late Friday afternoon, about an hour later submitted a ticket asking to add another item into that shipment, ticket was resolved late Friday, and everything shipped out Saturday morning to appear on my doorstep Monday!

So much for moving pains I guess, seems like MV didn't miss a beat. I'm a fairly new customer and was already pretty happy with MV's customer service, but that kind of good order is what earns you a customer for a long time!

No glitch in processing or delivery, either. Got my order at noon in the usual two days and while I've only busted out one of the mega cartos, I'm liking it a lot. Juiced it up at noon with a full 50 drops (2.5ml) of TopVapor Honeydew and it's still goin' strong.

The mega cartos are a little long but work great on eGos; you can use the cone and have plenty of lip-room.

Makes a 510 mega battery look like you're hitting a vintage cigarette holder although the mega carto would most assuredly outlast any 510 mega batt.

Hey wait - I have a hometown store, and I knew nothing about it - then you moved way the heck to Cornelius? What is that about?!? Hoog, do you do pick ups, if so you may have a new favorite Customer :D. Love your DIY Selection!!!
I just started going to them about a month ago after 1 year of vaping and ordering online....Hoog and gang are top notch,you just need to call first before you go to make sure they are not running errands or have stepped out for a minute.There is usally someone around though...Give Hoog or David a call to make sure they are cool with it.

We're usually there 9 to at least 5 mon - fri. Dale, sorry didn't get to catch up with you the other day. Thanks for the snacks, everyone, especially me really appreciates them..

matthew, anytime is fine but like dale mentioned once in a very rare while we may all step out at the same time but not so much anymore.. We used to be in Huntersville but needed more space so moved to Cornelius. We're right off of old statesville rd so easy to get to. About 3 miles from exit 25 on 77.

congrats on the move its nice theres a good vendor in NC so close to home i do love your TopVaper e-juice hope you keep making it (((( you need to mix more rootbeer ,,,hint hint )))) i tryed to redeem my rewards points awile ago to use on a order but i guess i purchased the gift certificate instead of redeeming it LOL no biggy i will just use them another time,, i now know to click on REDEEM instead of the gift certificate pic :)
