This weekend (10/29/10) we moved to a new larger 2500 sq foot facility as we had outgrown our 1250 square foot place.
Everything was planned perfectly- alarm, phone, internet, electric, movers, etc or so we thought..
ATT cut off our internet connection at 9:00 am on the morning of the 29th instead of 3:00pm when the service was supposed to be swapped to the new location at the same time the dsl was supposed to be installed. The tech never showed up at 3:00pm and my phone calls from 3:45 to 5:30, trying to get the situation fixed fell on deaf ears. Best we're told we can get an installer here is Wednesday the 3rd. GRRRRRR.. Hooking up a phone line is pretty simple but the prior company had a punch panel and hacked it apart when they left so we were forced to do a new install.
Fortunately our servers are hosted in Texas and we have a netbook for slooowwww internet access until then but other than that things went quite smooth.. We'll try and get some pictures up of our new place and new e-liquid clean room as soon as possible..
But if you can't get through to us via phone or ticket reponse is a bit slow it will be resolved as soon as possible.. Our phone should be available again on the 11/3 but until then we'll have no phone, only our ticket system.
